Check-in is from 3:00 till 7:00 pm. After hours check-in can be accommodated, please call for details.
Check-out is by 11:00 am.
Come to the Inn to check in and check out.

Cancel within 24 hours of making a reservation – no charge.
Cancel before 14 days in advance – $25 cancellation fee.
Cancel between 7 and 14 days in advance – one-half of total.
Cancel inside of 7 days – full payment is expected.

Breakfast is included for guests staying in the Inn.

Cabin guests may participate in breakfast in the inn based on availability and for an additional cost of $22 per person per day. Call to inquire. Additionally for cabin guests, we offer a continental breakfast for $20 per person per day (delivered to your cabin on the day of your arrival).

Yes…we offer five connections to the internet. In the Inn, two unsecured WiFi networks and a direct ethernet connection to the cable modem are available. In the cabins, two secured WiFi networks are available but the service is not as robust. Cabin guests are welcome to use the WiFi service in the Inn if necessary. Basic cable TV is available in all accommodations.

Daily housekeeping is provided for rooms in the Inn.

Daily housekeeping for cabins is not provided but can be added for an additional charge of $25 per day.

Yes children of all ages are welcome in all of our cabins, with the exception of the Cherokee Cabin.

Unfortunately, children are not suitable for stays in the Inn.

Yes, we are pet friendly for a fee in the Blue Ridge Mountains Cabin, Looking Glass Mountain Cabin, and Smoky Mountains Cabin only. Pets must be well behaved, kept on a leash when outdoors and guest is responsible for picking up waste. Food and water bowls are provided along with dog towels for wiping muddy paws. All rooms, cabins and indoor public spaces are smoke and vape free. Guests may smoke or vape on porches and at outdoor spaces.

Reservations made using online travel sites may be more expensive due to fees and commissions. We cannot control or be responsible for details and information provided by online travel sites.

We are happy to make suggestions for dinner! Our best recommendation is to discuss your food preferences with us during the check-in process when we can offer advice.

Hiking near waterfalls- Dupont State Forest (45 minutes).
Hiking with view- Mount Mitchel / Craggy Gardens on the Blue Ridge Parkway (45 minutes).

Biking- Bent Creek Experimental Forest (20 minutes).

Kayaking and rafting- French Broad River (20 minutes).
